Summer Body: Smoothie Edition

Hello everyone, and welcome to the first edition of my Summer Body Series! Here I will be posting weekly everything we need to get Summer ready. Look to the Fitness Tab to see past lifestyle and fitness tips, as well as the disclaimer to see your physician before making any health changes.

First and foremost you need motivation. Whether it be a trip, wedding, beach, or over-all lifestyle and health changes, we all need something to motivate us.

For me, it's all the above.

For nutrition I use myfitnesspal app on my phone. A dietitian, doctor, or nutritionist is important to consult before making any health changes.

Grapes
Raspberries
Strawberries

Blackberries

Spinach
Kale
Bananas
Cucumbers
Yogurt
Almond Milk
