Pumpkin Spice Latte- DIY Edition

It's back! When the clock strikes midnight on Labor Day your regular old coffee turns into. . .

Pumpkin Spice?


That's right! Pumpkin spice is everywhere. Food, drinks, home decor, and even adult beverages. My many frequent trips to pick up my favorite drink thru the drive-thru whittled away on my wallet, but not on my waist. This is my calorie/cost friendly twist on my favorite, PSL from Starbucks in 3 simple steps.

Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin Spice Coffee (I used the Mountain Coffee K-Cups, which is my favorite brand tested so far)
2. Fat-Free/Sugar-Free Italian Sweet Cream Creamer (I have yet to find the pumpkin spice creamer in stock at my local grocer. The sweet cream allows the pumpkin spice coffee to release the spices without overwhelming it with a "fakie" pumpkin spice flavor)
3. Cup (with or without ice)

For less than 50 calories and $0.57 per cup, this fall favorite is sure to stick around.
