The 7 Minute Workout App

If you have a busy schedule like me (or just don’t like to workout- like me) the 7 minute workout application is for you! I downloaded it thinking it was a joke, but it really got my heart rate up and I was sweating by 5 minutes.
I love this app because it really allowed me to see that I can workout anywhere, anytime. It’s 100% free and is perfect if you’re on the go or just don’t like to go to the gym. Of course it’s always good to get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day; however, this is perfect for the days I’m not able to fit 30 minutes in (or on the days that I eat the extra cookie or add another scoop of ice cream).
