Trophy Wife (in training) Tuesdays

Dinners Edition
We have a pretty crazy schedule and often eat a part or on the go. When we do have a night together, it needs to be easy so we can enjoy our time together. I found two quick and delicious recipes that we both enjoy!

The first one is what I like to call “pizza roll ups”.

All you need is a jar of marinara (or any dipping sauce you prefer. Ranch, garlic butter, etc.), bag of string cheese, pepperoni (or other pizza toppings. Black olives, green peppers, sausage, etc.), and crescent rolls.

I preheat the oven to the desired temperature for the crescent rolls and prepare the pizza roll ups. I then take the crescent rolls and place them on a non-stick cookie pan. Put the pepperoni and *half a string cheese  on the crescents and roll it up! *I suggest half because in the picture above I used a full string cheese and it was too much cheese.

Cook until golden brown and heat the sauce. Paired with a side salad it’s the perfect easy meal.

The second meal I’ve prepared is the “at home wild wings”.
I take chicken wings purchased from the frozen food section (most of the time I use boneless chicken) and purchase our favorite sauces from Buffalo Wild Wings. In the oven I  cook the wings and then put them in a bowl (with a lid) and shake until it has the desired amount of sauce.

Easy, delicious, and inexpensive.
