Energy Breakfast


My favorite breakfast: Cream of Wheat, chunky all-natural peanut butter, almond milk (sometimes if I’m making my coffee I’ll add a little of the sugar-free Italian sweet cream creamer), and honey. I love adding bananas on top. Inexpensive, quick, and right around 350 calories for a healthy breakfast.
